Contextual Toolbars

I had my first stab today at trying to make a contextual toolbar for the Flock cardinal blog editor (within my ongoing blogplus extension). If you watch the video below, note how everything is controlled by mouse events and position, so that (1) onmouseup after selecting text the contextual text toolbar fades up, (2) apply text formatting and finally (3) onmouseout from the contextual toolbat fades it away.
