Cool, some intrepid soul has gone and created a twitter sidebar for firefox/flock - go check out tweetbar.

Must admit I was considering doing something like this but could really not be arsed, am already trying to maintain a few extensions and I simply do not have time to make another, as well as support it.

I will probably end up using both twitterbar and tweetbar as they cater for slightly different use cases - the only thing I think tweetbar would benefit from which it currently does not is to have an additional tab to show twittervision.
